As organizations embrace autonomous AI agents and agentic workflows, new security challenges emerge. AIDR is crafting the comprehensive security platform for this evolving threat landscape. This Senior Product Manager role for Agentic Security - AI Detection and Response (AIDR) is a hybrid position in Sunnyvale, California, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site. It's a ground-floor opportunity to pioneer a new product category at the nexus of AI and cybersecurity. You'll craft a visionary strategy for securing AI agents, autonomous systems, and workflows using CrowdStrike's robust capabilities, blending strategic foresight with hands-on execution in a high-autonomy environment.
Define and own the product vision for securing AI agents and autonomous AI systems. Build strategies spanning discovery and visibility of AI agents, monitoring of agentic workflows, security controls and guardrails, identity/access frameworks, and risk assessment with behavioral analytics. Craft a multi-year roadmap that balances cutting-edge innovation with practical customer needs.
Research emerging agentic AI technologies, translating insights into actionable product requirements. Position agentic security capabilities effectively in the market and with key industry analysts, ensuring CrowdStrike remains at the forefront of AI security discussions.
To thrive in this role, you'll need 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or emerging technology domains. A strong understanding of AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and autonomous AI systems is essential, backed by a technical background to grasp complex AI architectures and their security implications. Proven experience building products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, defining visions, and executing roadmaps is critical. You'll excel with strong research skills, analytical prowess, and the ability to collaborate with engineering on novel challenges. Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences are a must.
Stand out with expertise in AI security, application security, IAM; experience with agentic AI frameworks, LLM security challenges, AI governance, developer platforms, zero-trust architectures, or AI regulatory landscapes.
