As a Senior Product Manager in Nike's Marketing Technology Products organization within the India Technology Centre (ITC), you'll play a pivotal role in the Geographies and Marketplace Experiences (GAME) Global Technology team. Reporting to the Director of Product Management GAME ITC, you'll focus on building and scaling Nike’s Content Technology, Communications, and Paid Media capabilities, while advancing Gen AI/ML-driven marketing innovations. This full-time position in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, drives personalized consumer experiences across Nike.com, Nike App, NRC, NTC, and SNKRS, strengthening global e-commerce ecosystems.
In this senior role, you'll define and drive product roadmaps and strategies aligned with Nike’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals and Fiscal Year Annual Operating Plan (FY AOP). Partner with functional leadership, business, and ops teams to translate roadmaps into detailed product requirements, including epics and user stories, while owning the product backlog. Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, global product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders in WHQ and ITC. Advocate for technical directions, evaluate architectural decisions, and ensure they support business functionalities. Thrive in an Agile environment, regularly validating completed stories, identifying risks, managing dependencies, and keeping stakeholders updated. Work on multiple streams in parallel, leveraging data insights to deliver ultimate consumer experiences.
Expect to facilitate meetings, simplify complex processes using tools like Figma/Lucidchart, and tailor communications for diverse audiences. Your efforts will power Nike’s B2C journeys, fostering deeper consumer relationships through insight-led, personalized interactions.
