Role Overview

Join MongoDB as a Senior Product Manager - HR Tech (Recruiting, Onboarding, and Offboarding) and lead the transformation of our Recruit to Hire technology platforms. This strategic, hands-on role owns the roadmap for Greenhouse ATS and SuccessFactors Onboarding & Offboarding modules, leveraging MongoDB's modern developer data platform to deliver scalable, high-impact HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Define product strategy: Create and communicate vision and long-term roadmap for Recruiting and SuccessFactors modules integrated with MongoDB Atlas.
• Stakeholder alignment: Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to translate business needs into MongoDB-powered product strategies.
• Roadmap ownership: Maintain product backlog, prioritize based on business impact, MongoDB technical feasibility, and strategic goals.
• Agile leadership: Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for MongoDB-integrated HR features.
• Technical decision-making: Provide technology leadership ensuring operational teams leverage MongoDB without technical burden.
• SuccessFactors expertise: Drive enhancements to Onboarding/Offboarding modules with MongoDB data pipelines and analytics.
• Change management: Partner with teams for effective rollout of MongoDB-enhanced HR capabilities and track adoption KPIs.
• Market innovation: Continuously evaluate recruiting technology trends and integrate MongoDB best practices.
• Performance metrics: Define measurable outcomes like time-to-hire, onboarding completion rates using MongoDB analytics.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 8+ years HR technology product management with Greenhouse ATS and SuccessFactors expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven enterprise-scale global HR tech projects, preferably with MongoDB/NoSQL experience
• Technical fluency in integrations, MongoDB workflows, role-based permissions, and analytics
• Deep understanding of performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement processes
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, product backlog management, and cross-functional leadership
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executives and technical teams

Salary & Benefits

MongoDB offers competitive compensation for Senior Product Managers in HR Tech, typically ranging from $180,000 - $250,000 base salary plus equity, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Total compensation reflects experience, location, and impact.
