Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager - Search at Cardinal Health is a pivotal leadership role reporting to the Senior Manager, Product & Search. This position drives the full search experience on our pharmaceutical e-commerce platform, partnering with internal teams and Coveo to deliver intuitive, high-performance search solutions. Own strategy for embedded search, site-wide expansion, mobile integrations, and emerging features. Key Responsibilities

As Senior Product Manager - Search, you'll own the complete customer search journey across ordering channels. Key duties include:

• Ensuring high usability, accuracy, performance, and engagement in search experiences.
• Optimizing features like filtering, faceting, sort logic, product tagging, and allocation visibility.
• Overseeing search UI design across header, embedded, mobile app, and future site-wide implementations.
• Expanding search to documents, resources, and support content beyond product catalogs.
• Collaborating with mobile teams and Coveo on seamless mobile search capabilities.
• Maintaining metadata accuracy for filtering, sorting, and result displays, including substitutes, pricing, and availability.
• Translating requirements into user stories for engineering, UX, analytics, and Coveo teams.
• Enhancing relevance, UI, and null-search handling with supplemental data.
• Managing Coveo partnership for feature development and support.
• Monitoring performance with analytics, tracking trends, and advocating roadmap priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

We're seeking a technical strategist with proven e-commerce search expertise:

• 8–12 years in digital product management, ideally in e-commerce search.
• Experience driving embedded, site-wide, or mobile search strategies.
• Familiarity with Coveo or enterprise search platforms in B2B/healthcare.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related; MBA/technical master’s preferred.
• Expertise in product data structures, metadata, filtering logic, faceted search, and UI/UX.
• Agile leadership across cross-functional teams; API, data modeling, cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong analytics with Coveo Usage Analytics, Adobe Analytics; healthcare/pharma e-commerce a plus.
• Excellent communication for stakeholders and vendors.
