Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Senior Technical Program Manager at Lululemon, you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in IT, systems engineering, business operations, or technical program management.
• 8+ years in delivery management, including 3+ years program leadership and 2+ years coaching PMs.
• Experience with SAP, Anaplan, E2O, IBM, Oracle, OneStream, Apptio.
• Advanced skills in Aha!, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma and methodologies like Scrum, Agile, SAFe.
• Proven multimillion-dollar portfolio management with cross-functional dependencies.
