Senior Project Manager leads the delivery of complex, strategic projects and is accountable for high-impact outcomes, including contract negotiations, customer relationships, and portfolio oversight.
Job Scope/ Responsibilities
• Lead high-complexity projects aligned with strategic business and customer objectives.
• Engage in customer consultations to clarify technical requirements, project scope, and specifications.
• Participate in tender processes and lead customer negotiations in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Coordinate overall project planning, resource allocation, and financial management.
• Act as a key interface for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all phases.
• Oversee risk management, milestone tracking, and compliance with budget targets.
• Ensure full adherence to governance standards, legal regulations (e.g., EHS, tax, export control), and corporate policies.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and project staff.
• Represent the project function in leadership forums and key account engagements
Requirements
1) Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience, with exposure to strategic and high-value engagements.
• Proven success in managing complex contract negotiations and key accounts.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional and cross-regional project teams.
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, infrastructure delivery, or technology projects.
• Strong financial acumen and portfolio oversight capability.
