Role Overview

As Senior, Retail Brand/Experience in Pacific, you'll report to the Senior Manager, Nike Direct Retail Brand/Experience, and support the Retail Brand/Experience Lead. This full-time position focuses on delivering Nike-only retail experiences, sharpening in-store consumer journeys, and elevating brand elements. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising & Styling (VMS), Retail Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Nike Direct Stores, Demand Supply Management, Operations, and external partners like creative agencies and vendors. Ideal for a creative doer passionate about sport, retail trends, sneakers, streetwear, and youth culture.

Key Responsibilities

Your impact will span seasonal campaigns and evergreen storytelling across the Nike Direct fleet, with a focus on NSP stores.

  • Lead briefing, planning, and execution of in-store marketing campaigns each season, bringing stories to life.
  • Partner on development of seasonal and non-seasonal marketing plans for NSP stores across tiers, working with Nike Direct account teams.
  • Program and execute seasonal concept map campaign stories, partnering with brand marketing to boost consumer journeys and traffic.
  • Collaborate with VMS to plan and execute seasonal in-store signage and graphics.
  • Contribute to always-on signage for products, collections, promotions, and sale events per Nike's brand playbook.
  • Work with Nike Direct digital team on cross-channel projects and seasonal storytelling.
  • Support retail marketing for new store openings.
