  • Lead technical strategy for both short-term wins and long-cycle pursuits, driving the end-to-end technical sales agenda for Fortune 100 and comparable prospects—from pipeline generation through final purchase decisions.
  • Technically close complex, high-stakes opportunities by leveraging advanced competitive knowledge, deep technical skills, and proven credibility with enterprise buyers.
  • Present at executive and technical forums, lead interactive workshops, and translate intricate technical details into clear business impact for CIOs, SRE/Platform teams, security/compliance groups, and engineering leadership.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed notes and feedback in CRM systems regarding customer input from both wins and losses to inform strategy.
  • Proactively engage and communicate with customers and internal Datadog business/technical teams on product feedback, feature requests, and evolving competitive landscapes.
  • Build and execute comprehensive evaluation plans with customers, educating them on observability risks that directly impact their business outcomes.
