Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Work closely with users, designers, PMs, and data scientists to build delightful LLM-based AI agents for code generation and editing.
• Engineer prompts, evaluations, and specialized agent tools for working with production codebases.
• Productionize AI systems and integrate them deeply with Datadog products like IDE extensions and Dynamic Instrumentation.
• Rapidly prototype solutions, validate with real users, iterate, and ship to production.
• Stay ahead of research in LLM prompting techniques, autonomous agents, and AI code editing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Datadog teams to expand AI capabilities across the platform.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models, large-scale systems, machine learning, or related fields.
• Proven track record building developer tools (IDEs, static analysis, compilers, testing frameworks).
