Our Cloud InTel Team develops cutting-edge observability solutions that analyze customer operations and database states to boost speed and efficiency. Work on APIs, customer UIs, and diagnostic products using modern technologies across the MongoDB ecosystem. This backend-focused full-stack role offers the chance to solve complex distributed systems challenges while based in our vibrant Dublin office.

Key Responsibilities at MongoDB
- Design and build customer observability features that monitor MongoDB deployments worldwide

- Collaborate on codebase architecture, best practices, and design principles for scalable systems
- Mentor junior developers and drive team knowledge sharing
