Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

- Evolve real-time alerting pipelines and eventing platforms, optimizing throughput and developer experience for MongoDB Atlas
- Build resilient communication systems delivering notifications across email, SMS, Slack, and PagerDuty with guaranteed delivery

Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed as a Senior Software Engineer on MongoDB's Cloud Alerts Platform, you'll need:
- 5+ years backend experience building distributed systems with Java, Go, or similar (Java strongly preferred)
- Deep expertise in SOA and microservices using gRPC, Protobuf, REST APIs, and streaming architectures
