Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Design and architect customer-facing features for the MongoDB Atlas UI that delight millions of developers
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks using Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library
• Optimize build pipelines including asset bundling for browser performance with Webpack and Bazel
• Improve code quality through static analysis, ESLint, TypeScript type-checking, and frontend best practices
• Collaborate and mentor UI/UX engineers across multiple teams, fostering knowledge sharing
• Lead high-impact projects from design through execution, driving cross-functional initiatives
• Modernize frontend tooling to support MongoDB Atlas at global scale
• Contribute to developer productivity tools that power the Atlas platform

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Frontend Engineer at MongoDB, you'll need:

• 5+ years of frontend development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript mastery
• Deep proficiency in React, Redux, and modern frontend frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Webpack, ESLint, TypeScript build systems
• Expertise in testing frameworks including Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library
