- Customer Advisory: Review existing architectures, recommend MongoDB-powered modernizations, and articulate clear business value to C-level stakeholders.
- Sales Enablement: Lead technical discovery, deliver compelling demos, proofs of value, presentations, and sizing documentation to win multi-million dollar deals.
- Demand Generation: Drive pipeline through self-initiated technical workshops, industry events, and account-based marketing campaigns in the Amsterdam territory.

Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal Senior Solutions Architect candidate brings proven enterprise experience and MongoDB passion:
- 8-11 years in customer-facing roles, including 5-7 years pre-sales with enterprise software solutions
- 3+ years hands-on with Python, Node.js, Java, C#, or similar in professional development
- Deep experience designing distributed systems for cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises deployments
- Track record modernizing legacy applications using NoSQL databases and microservices architectures
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical complexity into business outcomes
- Ability to travel up to 25% across EMEA
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MongoDB or cloud certifications highly preferred
