Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal Senior Solutions Architect candidate brings deep technical expertise and customer-facing experience:

• 8-11 years in customer-facing roles, including 5-7 years pre-sales with enterprise software.
• 3+ years hands-on with Python, Node.js, SQL, Java, C#, or similar in professional settings.
• Experience architecting scalable distributed systems across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises.
• Proven track record reviewing legacy apps and recommending NoSQL migrations to modern stacks.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MongoDB Certification or cloud certs a plus.
