You'll architect solutions leveraging MongoDB core database, Atlas Stream Processing, Data Lake, and Relational Migrator while mastering cutting-edge RAG patterns and generative AI integrations.
Key Responsibilities at MongoDB
- Architect scalable, high-performance applications and infrastructure for enterprise-grade software projects
- Guide customers through MongoDB architecture patterns, optimization strategies, and best practices
- Partner with sales teams on technical discovery sessions, customized demos, and value propositions
- Drive demand generation through industry events, webinars, and customer marketing initiatives
- Build trusted advisor relationships across technical and business stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal Senior Solutions Architect brings:
- 8-11 years customer-facing experience, preferably 3+ years enterprise software pre-sales
- 3+ years hands-on with modern languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or C/C++, Java, C#
- Proven track record designing scalable distributed systems in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises
- Demonstrated success modernizing legacy architectures with contemporary technology stacks
- Exceptional presentation skills communicating complex concepts to C-level executives
- Strategic collaboration with sales developing multi-threaded account strategies
- Comfortable with up to 25% travel across APAC region
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
