Key Responsibilities at MongoDB
- Design and architect scalable, performant applications leveraging MongoDB for large enterprise software projects

- Own all technical aspects including discovery sessions, live demos, proof-of-value, presentations, and sizing
- Proactively generate demand through industry events, trade shows, and account-based marketing initiatives
- Foster long-term customer relationships, build executive champions, and ensure deployment success
- Innovate by relaying field feedback to product teams and mentoring junior Solutions Consultants
- Master MongoDB's evolving product suite through ongoing professional development and certifications
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate brings proven success in technical sales with deep systems expertise:
- 8-11 years customer-facing experience, including minimum 3 years enterprise software pre-sales
- 3+ years hands-on coding with Python, Node.js, SQL, Java, C#, or C++ in professional environments
- Experience architecting scalable distributed systems across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises
- Demonstrated ability to modernize legacy applications using contemporary data platforms
- Business-level Thai proficiency plus exceptional presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Comfortable with 50% travel and strategizing complex, multi-threaded account plans
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
