You'll resolve escalated HR inquiries, maintain living work instructions (LWI's) and call scripts, and participate in training initiatives. Accountability for service level agreements and business performance goals is central, alongside special projects to enhance payroll operations. Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years in payroll, Fundamental Payroll Certification, and Canadian Payroll Processing experience. Proficiency with ADP WFN is essential. At this level, you'll apply working knowledge to moderate-scope projects, identify solutions to technical problems, and exercise judgment within defined parameters. General guidance is provided, with work reviewed for accuracy and reasoning. Experience with ServiceNOW, Workday, and third-party payroll vendors is highly valued.
