Role Overview

The Senior Specialist, Quality Assurance (nights) plays a pivotal role in upholding Cardinal Health's stringent quality standards.   • Updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) in response to product changes and regulatory developments, setting precedents from issue resolutions.
  • Preparing responses to regulatory queries, audits, and corporate inspections by gathering data from operations stakeholders.
  • Assisting in quality audits and inspections of distribution centers, recording issues, and drafting reports for the Manager.
  • Mentoring junior Specialists, assisting with onboarding, and reviewing their work for accuracy.
