Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Specialist, your impact will be felt across production oversight, regulatory compliance, and team development. Core duties include:

• Ensuring fulfillment of external reporting requirements, such as product recalls, by submitting reports for internal review before regulatory bodies.
• Executing internal programs to define and track adherence to Quality Assurance guidelines, providing guidance to stakeholders on policies and external requirements.
• Responding to significant quality issues through root cause analyses, metric reporting, and collaborative recommendations with other specialists.
• Supporting the Change Control Program by assessing QA implications of operational and product changes.
• Updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) in response to product changes and regulatory developments, setting precedents from issue resolutions.
• Preparing responses to regulatory queries, audits, and corporate inspections by gathering data from operations stakeholders.
• Assisting in quality audits and inspections of distribution centers, recording issues, and drafting reports for the Manager.
• Mentoring junior Specialists, assisting with onboarding, and reviewing their work for accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance or related field, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, preferred.
