In this position, you'll contribute directly to quality assurance across manufacturing and testing processes. Core duties include:
Additional responsibilities encompass data review, trending, reporting, laboratory upkeep, and adherence to Good Documentation, Laboratory, and Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You'll also support compliance goals and may author critical documentation like SOPs, CAPAs, and deviations.
A Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field is preferred, complemented by equivalent industry experience. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector, with emphasis in QC microbiology, environmental monitoring, critical systems monitoring, quality control, or aseptic manufacturing.
Competency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills are required, alongside general knowledge of cGMP regulations. The role demands judgment within defined parameters, problem-solving for technical issues, and working under general guidance on new projects.
