- Handle complex networking customer escalations from Technical Support and coach teammates on resolution strategies
- Write production-ready C++ database code, refactor existing systems, and mentor engineers to elevate code quality standards

- Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests in C++, JavaScript, and Python to validate system correctness
