Role Overview

This full-time role in Shanghai, China Mainland, positions you as the Visual Merchandising Senior Supervisor for Greater China (GC). You'll oversee the development and execution of holistic Jordan-only concepts and Jordan/Basketball visual merchandising strategies. Creating scalable seasonal campaign toolkits, you'll collaborate with Jordan brand functions, retail teams, and Global partners to ensure VM directives align with business goals. Leading a team of assessment managers, you'll foster growth while driving innovative retail experiences across city clusters.

Key Responsibilities

Your impact will span strategy, execution, and leadership:

• Develop long- and short-term Visual Merchandising concept strategies and plans to deliver the marketplace vision for Jordan/hoops concepts in GC.
• Create GC frameworks, plans, and tools by concept and front-of-pack (FOP).
• Cooperate with merchandising on assortment strategies and opportunities.
• Lead resets and pilot projects for Jordan/hoops/BB through VM, informed by consumer insights.
• Redefine and prioritize concept team responsibilities based on capabilities and strategic focus.
• Set the vision for the Retail Lab of the future, supporting shape-of-the-season innovations for city clusters.
• Define clear processes with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
• Deliver VM directives for Jordan, Hoops, and BB concepts by seasonal flow.
• Kick off CLC projects, conduct zoning reviews, and provide VM expertise.
• Collaborate with Global teams to translate directives into decks for city teams.
• Enhance direction and execution at top doors.

Qualifications & Requirements

Functional Skills (Hard Skills)

To succeed, you'll bring:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least five years of directly relevant Visual Merchandising experience, including a minimum of two years in leadership within retail urban environments.
• Strong verbal communication and compelling presentation skills.
• Agile, flexible, and creative thinking.
• Proficiency in office software like Keynote and PowerPoint.
• Some travel for market visits and door openings.
• Passion for Jordan and basketball, with deep familiarity of the culture.
• Fluent English speaking and writing abilities.

Key Partnerships

Work closely with internal cross-functional brand marketing and merchandising teams, Nike VM (Global/Geo/City cluster), and external retailer VM/in-store teams.
