The Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst (P4 level) at Cardinal Health's Shinjuku Park Tower office in Japan independently leads complex planning initiatives in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning initiatives, aligning demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply planning with business goals and service-level requirements.
• Drive cross-functional projects with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Global teams to boost planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), perform root-cause analysis, and propose data-driven actions for long-term impact.
• Identify, design, and implement innovative planning processes, models, and best practices, contributing to policy and procedure development.
• Independently lead large-scale process-improvement or system-enhancement projects, determining methodologies and execution plans.
• Mentor junior planners and analysts, guiding them on planning methodologies, tools, and problem-solving techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or demand forecasting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.
• Experience with AI/ML tools (e.g., forecasting models, optimization algorithms, generative AI) or strong interest in applying AI to supply chain management.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese.

Preferred Qualifications
