The Senior Technical Product Manager - RMN role within PepsiCo's International dCommerce team is pivotal in building next-generation products using emerging technologies. Based in Vitoria, Alava, Spain, you'll manage the deployment and integration of Retail Media Automation capabilities across international anchor markets. This position bridges local market needs with global blueprints, partnering with vendors and internal teams to enhance media operations from planning to attribution. Collaborate with global teams on intelligent investment guidance, media sufficiency, and attribution frameworks. Support integration into broader PepsiCo initiatives, identify efficiency opportunities via automation, mitigate risks, and partner on data integrations and BI solutions. As a product evangelist, you'll serve as the go-to expert for retail media innovations.
Success requires 5+ years as a technical product manager, preferably in programmatic, retail media, or performance marketing. A deep understanding of the retail media landscape—publishers, DSPs, SSPs, attribution, and MMM—is essential. Complement product skills with project management experience, the ability to review technical documentation, and assign tasks effectively. Distinguish stakeholder wants from needs, prioritize organizationally while nurturing relationships, and communicate technical concepts bidirectionally.
