Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

In this critical role, you'll drive security excellence across the MongoDB Server ecosystem:

• Lead MongoDB Server hardening programs: Own end-to-end initiatives to strengthen security posture, translating goals into clear roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive cross-team execution: Collaborate with Product Security engineers and Server teams building core features like authentication, authorization, encryption, and auditing.
• Coordinate delivery: Work with build, test, and infrastructure partners to land projects on time with high quality.
• Make risks visible: Create lightweight metrics, dashboards, and status updates highlighting Server hardening state, key risks, and priorities.
• Communicate effectively: Deliver concise updates to leadership and frame decisions on scope changes.
• Remove blockers: Resolve ownership gaps, vague requirements, and dependencies while maintaining decision logs and risk registers.
• Support secure practices: Integrate security into design reviews, release planning, and validation with engineering leaders.

Qualifications & Requirements
