Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Trainer at CrowdStrike in Singapore, you will architect partner success by developing and delivering expert instruction on the Falcon platform. Your focus: train the trainers at distributors, elevating front-line teams from feature-listing to masterful technical discovery and high-impact demonstrations that address CISO/CIO pain points. This role demands technical cybersecurity prowess, IT infrastructure knowledge, Agentic AI comfort, educational leadership, and sales motion understanding—acting as a force multiplier for global partner Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Engineers (SEs).

Key Responsibilities

In this full-time position, you will:

• Deliver high-impact instructor-led training (ILT)—virtual and in-person—covering the sales lifecycle: opportunity identification, value positioning, outcome-based demos, health checks, risk reviews, and Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
• Enable AEs and SEs to articulate business value and technical superiority of CrowdStrike's portfolio in complex environments.
• Leverage expertise in IT infrastructure (data centers, cloud, SaaS, networking) for context-rich training.
• Execute Train-the-Trainer (T3) to certify partners, with ongoing mentorship for instructional quality.
• Maintain rigorous expertise in CrowdStrike products, competitive landscape, threat evolution, and Agentic AI use cases.
• Monitor metrics, provide data-driven content enhancements, and evaluate trainer readiness.
• Evangelize new products and collaborate with Alliances, Solution Architecture, instructional designers, and internal teams to align enablement with partner needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you need:

• 10+ years in pre-sales engineering, technical training, or consulting in cybersecurity.
• Hands-on expertise in enterprise areas like SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, Threat Intelligence, Identity Security, SaaS Security, or Cloud Security.
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure, networking, and compute platforms.
• Proven ability to deliver clear, impactful presentations and stay ahead of industry trends.
