Role Overview

The Senior Technical Trainer, Partners (Remote) role at CrowdStrike is pivotal in elevating the technical and commercial proficiency of our global sales and solutions engineering partners. Based preferably in Austin, Texas, but open to remote work across the USA, you'll architect partner success by developing and delivering expert instruction on the CrowdStrike Falcon platform. A key focus is training the trainers at distributors, transforming front-line teams from feature-listing to masterful technical discovery and high-impact demonstrations that address CISO/CIO pain points. This position blends deep cybersecurity expertise, IT infrastructure knowledge, Agentic AI proficiency, and sales motion understanding to act as a force multiplier for partner Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Engineers (SEs).

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll drive partner enablement through high-impact activities:

• Deliver instructor-led training (ILT)—virtual and in-person—covering the full sales lifecycle: opportunity identification, value positioning, outcome-based demos, health checks, risk reviews, and Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
• Empower AEs and SEs to intersect business value with technical superiority for complex prospect environments.
• Leverage expertise in IT infrastructure (data centers, cloud, SaaS, networking) for context-rich training.
• Execute Train-the-Trainer (T3) sessions to certify partners, with ongoing mentorship for global instructional excellence.
• Maintain rigorous expertise in the CrowdStrike portfolio, competitive landscape, threat evolution, and Agentic AI use cases via hands-on Falcon labs.

Additionally, monitor metrics for content enhancements, evaluate trainer readiness, evangelize new products, and collaborate with instructional designers, Alliances, and Solution Architecture teams to align enablement with partner initiatives and field realities.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you'll bring:

• 10+ years in presales engineering, technical training, or consulting within cybersecurity.
• Hands-on proficiency in enterprise areas like SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, Threat Intelligence, Identity Security, SaaS Security, or Cloud Security.
• Technical agility with CrowdStrike Falcon, IT infrastructure, Agentic AI, and sales motions.
• Proven educational leadership, data-driven insights, and continuous learning mindset.

Comfort with virtual/in-person delivery and cross-functional collaboration is essential. This role demands a multidisciplinary expert ready to lead from the front.
