As a Senior Territory Development Manager (TDM) based in Guilin City, Guangxi, China, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth within assigned markets and accounts. This full-time position involves selling and executing territory initiatives, coaching frontline sales teams, and ensuring top-tier execution standards. Reporting to regional leadership, you will collaborate with key accounts and distributors to expand PepsiCo's footprint, promote new products, and achieve sales targets. Leadership is key: work closely with team members to provide coaching and one-on-one feedback. Conduct effective weekly meetings to align efforts, hire and train new hires, and foster a high-performance culture. Your ability to motivate and develop frontline sales staff will directly impact territory results.
To succeed, candidates need 5+ years of proven sales experience, with a portion in the FMCG industry, and 3-5 years of people leadership. A bachelor's degree or above is required. Preferred qualifications include Key Account (KA) experience, discount and allowance (D&A) management, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in Mandarin and English. Essential skills encompass professional negotiation and selling abilities, sales planning, time management, execution prowess, team collaboration, passion, quick learning, and solid Microsoft Office proficiency.
