  • Discuss and provide area units (AU) with potential lists of accounts suitable for direct service from the distribution center (DC).
  • Open new A&B class stores to expand PepsiCo's footprint and sales coverage in the region.
  • Escalate key account execution issues and non-compliance for AU support, ensuring steady improvements.
  • Work closely with merchandisers (MD) to coach and deliver one-on-one feedback for performance enhancement.
  • Conduct effective weekly team meetings to align on goals, share insights, and drive accountability.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with a portion in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in both developing new business/turnarounds and managing stable large accounts.
