Proactively discuss and provide lists of potential direct-service accounts from the distribution center (DC) with area units (AU). Open new A&B stores to broaden market coverage and escalate execution issues for swift resolution, driving steady improvements in key account performance.
Partner with market development (MD) teams to deliver hands-on coaching and one-on-one feedback to frontline staff, such as merchandisers. Conduct effective weekly team meetings to align on goals, share insights, and boost execution. Your leadership will empower the team to achieve superior results in a competitive FMCG landscape.
To succeed as PepsiCo's Senior Territory Development Supervisor, candidates need 3-5 years of proven sales experience, including time in the FMCG industry. You should have a track record in both developing new business and managing stable large accounts.
