Partner with market development representatives to deliver hands-on coaching and one-on-one feedback. Conduct effective weekly team meetings to align on goals, share insights, and foster a high-performance culture focused on execution excellence.
To succeed in this role, candidates need 3-5 years of proven sales experience, including time in the FMCG industry. You should have a track record in both developing new business/turnarounds and managing stable large accounts.
