The Senior Transportation Analyst - Primary Fleet role at PepsiCo in Itu, São Paulo, is a strategic position focused on data analysis, operational performance, and fleet profitability. Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will:

  • Structure, update, and monitor fleet KPIs such as cost/km, productivity, consumption, availability, and maintenance.
  • Perform strategic performance analyses to identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and maintain route pricing models and profitability analyses.
  • Consolidate, process, and validate large datasets from telemetry, TMS, fueling, maintenance, and SAP systems.
  • Create dashboards, executive reports, and materials for governance rituals.
  • Conduct ACT vs. AOP analyses, explain variances, and identify key financial drivers.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives with data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure governance, integrity, and consistency of transportation information.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in primary fleet management or analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of fleet and transportation KPIs (costs, productivity, utilization, TCO).
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience handling large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with SAP/LE, TMS, and telemetry systems (preferred).
