What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering or a Senior Manager to lead an engineering group in the Windows Agent organization. You must be a visionary leader capable of identifying key business opportunities and translating them into executable engineering strategies. We require a leader with a proven track record of management in global organizations, success in building and developing high-performing managers and teams, managing operational risks, and driving architectural excellence while fostering a world-class engineering culture.

We are specifically looking for leaders who have previously managed low-level engineering teams, with a strong advantage for those with experience running endpoint technologies.



What Will You Do?

You will lead a team of 20+ engineers, which responsible for critical high-focus components. You will be directly accountable for production stability and operational integrity while mentoring a global managerial bench. Your mandate is to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery against strategic goals, making decisive trade-offs that balance innovation, security, and long-term organizational health.

What skills & knowledge should you bring?

Strategic Leadership & Business Alignment

    • Proven track record in defining and executing technical roadmaps.
    • Experience leading complex architectural trade-offs based on ROI and strategy.

Execution, Delivery, & Operational Excellence

    • Expertise in establishing governance for reliable delivery and managing cross-team dependencies.
    • Ultimate accountability for production stability and security posture of large-scale systems..
  • Demonstrated experience leading major operational risk mitigation and structured incident response.
    • Experience representing Engineering externally to customers and strategic partners.

Organizational Scaling & People Leadership

  • Successful experience building and developing a high-performing managerial bench.
  • Expertise in managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Deep knowledge of performance management, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Proven ability to cultivate a culture prioritizing accountability.

Technical Domain Expertise

    • 9+ years of progressive engineering management experience.
    • 3+ years in a Director/Senior manager role.
    • Experience leading widely deployed products.
    • Knowledge of OS internals, C++ development, cybersecurity principles and kernel development is a strong advantage.

  • Study Funds- SentinelOne contributes 7.5% over your base salary (no tax ceiling is applied), and employees contribute 2.5% of their base salary
