What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is looking for an experienced Salesforce Systems Analyst based in Costa Rica to join our team, as we expand our Salesforce instance and surrounding business system footprint. It is an exciting time at SentinelOne, a rapidly growing and innovative global cybersecurity company!

What will you do?

  • Salesforce Administration: Oversee daily maintenance of Salesforce.com, managing custom configurations (fields, page layouts, record types, etc.), and assisting in resolving user issues. You'll ensure that the platform is optimized and stable while driving enhancements.
  • User & Data Management: Manage user profiles, licenses, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and access control across teams. Support teams in creating and optimizing reports, dashboards, and approval processes.
  • System Integrations: Collaborate closely with IT and other business systems teams to maintain integrations between Salesforce and other platforms like DocuSign, Marketo, Conga, Zendesk, NetSuite, and Legal CLM.
  • Automation & Process Management: Configure and optimize process automations, workflows, and approval processes to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure that Salesforce usage and limits are monitored, and system backups are performed regularly.
  • Support & Training: Provide support and training for users across teams to promote user adoption and satisfaction. Ensure proper documentation of system processes and enhancements.
  • Salesforce Tools: Leverage tools such as Apex Data Loader, Developer Console, Workbench, and DemandTools to manage and troubleshoot data-related tasks and operations.
  • Salesforce DevOps: Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps processes including version control using Git (commits, branches, merges), CI/CD pipelines, and code deployments across environments. Familiarity with tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins for release automation and change tracking.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Salesforce Certifications:
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)
    • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (Desired)
  • Experience and Education:
    • Good understanding of the Lead to Order Process
    • Knowledge of Salesforce API and other integrations
    • Level of education: BA/BS
    • 3-4+ years of Salesforce support experience
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Highly motivated, independent, and thorough, with strong analysis skills to identify problems and develop solutions
    • Experience with any CPQ a plus (Salesforce CPQ preferred)
    • Strong communication, customer service, and change management skills
    • Robust problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skills
    • Strong spoken and written communication skills to address issues and walk users through resolutions.
