What are we looking for?
SentinelOne is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead our cutting-edge solution for securing agentic AI systems in enterprise environments. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring you to understand market trends in the rapidly evolving field of AI agents while working directly with R&D and cross-functional teams to deliver premium products to top-tier companies. You'll shape product strategy and collaborate with GTM, sales, and marketing teams to build a world-class offering that addresses an urgent market need—securing AI agents. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B SaaS security products, enterprise security systems, and experience with generative AI technologies. This position reports directly to the Head of Product and requires presence at our Tel-Aviv office.
What will you do?
Drive the direction and daily execution of our security for agentic AI product line Create product specifications and work in tandem with design and engineering to build world-class products that are delightful to use, and solve an urgent market need Define and drive KPIs for product success, aligning with company-wide objectives Join a high-performing, high velocity team that delivers impactful solutions to some of the world’s largest companies Work directly with sales and marketing teams to create technical demonstrations, documentation, and enablement materials, to drive the product’s commercial success Conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions to collect direct feedback for iterative product improvement Stay abreast of market trends, emerging threats, and best practices in the rapidly evolving field of AI agent security, becoming the company's recognized expert in this domain
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
5+ years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS security products
Proven track record of developing and launching enterprise security products that address emerging technology risks
Strong understanding of enterprise security systems, compliance frameworks, and security operations
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and executive leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience explaining complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Expertise in agile product management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Experience with generative AI technologies and understanding of their security implications in enterprise environments Familiarity with AI-specific threats, including prompt injection, jailbreaking, toxicity, as well as adversarial or red-teaming approaches for LLMs/AI agents — significant advantage
Experience with agentic AI systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio) — significant advantage
