As a Services Sales Manager, Services & Complete (Remote) based in New Jersey, United States, you'll drive the adoption of CrowdStrike's elite services portfolio. This role demands a highly motivated, self-driven professional with deep business acumen, consulting prowess, and technical savvy. You'll match CrowdStrike's strengths—including incident response and complete cybersecurity solutions—to client needs, helping partners and organizations defeat advanced adversaries. With a sophisticated sales motion from prospecting to closure, you'll collaborate across teams to secure enterprise deals, acting as a trusted advisor in the cybersecurity industry. Expect weekend on-call rotations, after-hours support for breaches, and 25-50% travel for high-touch accounts.
In this quota-carrying role, you'll become an expert in CrowdStrike services and the Falcon platform, actively engaging prospects and clients to uncover growth opportunities. Key duties include running full sales cycles, partnering with Regional Sales Managers, Directors, and Sales Engineers to qualify and close business, and driving net-new and recurring revenue. You'll forecast pipelines, provide high-touch service including escalations, and stay ahead of the competitive landscape to articulate CrowdStrike's unmatched value. As the first line of contact for breach-impacted organizations, you'll triage urgent matters with empathy and precision, embodying a go-getter mindset to exceed targets.
Expect to devise account strategies, deliver compelling presentations, and adapt to rapidly evolving threats and client needs. Your role supports our mission to stop breaches by ensuring clients leverage CrowdStrike's comprehensive services.
Success requires a competitive, collaborative spirit with persistence to overcome objections. Ideal candidates are coachable, charismatic, quick-witted, confident without ego, and self-disciplined in time management. You need strong presentation skills, experience managing full sales cycles, and a minimum of 3+ years generating net-new business, plus 2+ years in sales program development. Proven ability selling complex solutions to mid-enterprise C-level executives and engineers is essential, with security or SaaS experience as a plus. Technical aptitude for rapid learning, attention to detail, and flexibility for modified hours or travel are non-negotiable.
