Position Summary

Join Sonoco as an SFDC/CRM Specialist at our Sonoco Performance Hub in India. This mid-level role focuses on leveraging Salesforce (SFDC) and CRM technologies to streamline business processes, enhance customer relationships, and support procurement and finance operations. You'll play a key role in integrating systems like Coupa and Oracle Finance, contributing to Sonoco's digital ecosystem. Ideal for BE/B.Tech/MS/M.Tech/MCA graduates with a passion for CRM platforms and supply chain tools. Professional certifications such as CSCP or CPSM are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize SFDC/CRM platforms to support sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Integrate Coupa procurement software with CRM and finance systems for seamless purchasing workflows.
• Administer Oracle Finance modules, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain projects, driving efficiency and innovation.
• Provide training and support to end-users, promoting best practices in CRM usage.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/MS/M.Tech) or MCA.
• Proven experience with SFDC/Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Coupa and Oracle Finance preferred.
• Certifications in purchasing/supply chain (CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
