Description

• Execution of management systems certification along with related external audits
• Conducting in-house and public training sessions, which includes the preparation of training materials
• Collaboration with project teams to support the development and review of product training, certification, and business enhancement programs
• Supporting client visits, proposal preparation, and technical competence reviews
• Development of new services in accordance with international, regional, and local standards, industry best practices, and specific customer requirements
• Providing assistance in corporate internal governance controls assigned to the candidate, such as internal audits, accreditation body assessments, and the review and revision of relevant corporate, business unit level, or product procedures
• Occasional travel to China, Macau, and overseas locations, with overnight stays required
• Assisting in tasks assigned by superiors or managers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in construction, engineering, logistics, property management, or wholesale 
• Relevant experience in quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and energy management systems 
• Candidates with more substantial audit and training experience, successful completion of lead auditor training in ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 50001, and professional qualifications such as being a registered lead auditor of HKICA / IRCA / RABQSA / CCAA or other relevant qualifications will have an advantage
• Proficiency in business-level English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, both in conversation and writing
