The Data Entry Specialist will review documents for pertinent information and enter the information into a database or spreadsheet. This position may support the following corporate functions: Industries & Environment Natural Resources

Job Functions

  • Review various documents
  • Enter lab data information into a database or spreadsheet
  • Track progress against a known case load
  • Maintain an efficient review process to reduce data entry error
  • Identify inconsistencies and errors in gathered data
  • General lab knowledge

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • HS Diploma or GED (Required)
  • MS Office package, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook knowledge (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

  • N/A 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to transcribe data 
  • Good reading comprehension
