Description

As the e-Compliance Lead, you will ensure that finance processes and ERP controls meet compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements by embedding these standards into ERP systems, business processes, and Finance Shared Service Centers (FSSC) operations.

You will safeguard finance systems against compliance risks, oversee digital control frameworks, and ensure the successful adoption of e-compliance solutions to keep the finance transformation audit-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain finance compliance frameworks within ERP and FSSC operations.
  • Monitor ERP controls (e.g., SoD, access, approvals, automated checks).
  • Ensure audit readiness through documentation, testing, and audit support.
  • Identify compliance risks and drive remediation with IT, FSSC, and process owners.
  • Validate compliance in ERP rollouts and process changes.
  • Deliver training to embed compliance culture across FSSC teams.
  • Use tech and analytics to automate controls and report compliance KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Audit.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance compliance, risk management, or audit.
  • Familiarity with ERP access controls, SoD, and regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR).
  • Compliance or audit certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, CFE) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of finance compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to balance operational needs with risk management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with auditors/regulators.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
