【RESPONSIBILITIES】

• Ensure the implementation of the OH&S Policy.
• Promoting and supporting an HSE culture from within by leading the implementation of core HSE programs, policies, and initiatives. Ensure the implementation of the OH&S Policy.
• Support the QHSE Manager on the effective implementation of the HSE within the Project organization.
• Oversee tendering for project.
• Participate Corrective Action investigations.
• Coaches with respect to Risk Assessments, Non-conformities resolution, and improvement opportunities.
• Creates and modifies HSE policies, Plans, processes, and procedures.
• Support the QHSE Manager in the develop and implementation of the HSE.
• Plan and carry out HSE Audits.
• Ensure that the requirements of the OH&S management system and project specific requirements are met by contractors/Outsourcing and their workers.
• Ensure that outsourcing arrangements are consistent with legal requirements and other requirements and with achieving the intended outcomes of the OH&S management system.

Qualifications

證照要求：乙級職業安全衛生管理員
