Description

• Provide 24/7 technical support for the SGS D-TECT® software and hardware, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
• Perform all scheduled maintenance activities, including software deployments, system updates, and hardware cleaning.
• Offer first-line support to local users experiencing issues with D-TECT® functionalities (e.g., image matching, image display).
• Coordinate with Linev and EPQ IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve communication issues between D-TECT® and external systems.
• Monitor the health and performance of application and infrastructure servers (e.g., disk space, CPU, memory usage), and take preventive actions to avoid downtime.
• Collect and document user feedback to support continuous improvement of the D-TECT® solution. 
• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET (Framework 4.8 and .NET 9) and Angular 16.
• Design and implement backend services and APIs with C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular 16.
• Manage and optimize SQL Server databases, including writing queries and ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features, fix bugs, and improve performance.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• .NET FullStack Developer
  Experienced in C#, .NET Framework 4.8, and .NET 9, with solid expertise in Entity Framework, ASP.NET, Angular 16 and SQL Server.
• Strong knowledges in Windows systems and Database management (MSSQL)
• Proven experience as network technician or relevant position
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
• Hands-on experience with common software and hardware
• CCENT/CCNA qualifications are strongly preferred
• BSc/BA in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field
• Previous experience with cargo X-ray scanners is an advantage
