Description

• Receive and review of Client’s Instruction for inspection, SOP’s before conducting testing.
• Receive sample form inter SGS or external. 
• Perform testing/preparation samples in a professional and safe manner, ensuring that testing/preparation samples are carried out in accordance with Client’s Instruction, SOP’s and as per Division Quality Procedures.
• Keep Lab Manager / Supervisor informed on daily basis or as required as to the progress of the testing and report any problems identified when performing a test.
• Prepare accurate and detailed written test reports and pass to Branch administrator for final issuance.
• Liase with Storman to receive chemicals /consumables to carry out the tests.
• Control laboratory equipment, monitor the Lab working condition ( humidity, temperature...).
• Maintain  laboratory equipment / sample as required ,  report the  irregular  to Lab Manager/ Supervisor timely..
• Perform other duties as requested by Lab Manager/ Supervisor / Min Division to support the Division activities.
• Follow strictly with SGS integrity Code and HSE policy
• Each lab technician should be liaised with other lab technician within lab to make sure all samples be treated smoothly and professionally
• Conduct physical testing of cement/clinker samples such as compressive strength, Vicat, Blaine, Autoclave expansion..etc. 

Qualifications

• University graduated in related testing fields. Graduated from Ha Noi Civil Engineering or bachelor of chemistry
• Experience: Not required
