PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Team Leader GBS P2P (AP)

  1. Process
    • Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIs
    • First contact for issues escalation within P2P process (AP)
    • Cooperation with Internal and External Audit
  • Performing P2P (AP) controls
  • Advising other team members in terms of P2P(AP) process matters
  • Introduce Improvements within P2P process (AP)

 

  1. Coordination:
  • Coordinate completion of P2P (AP) processes
  • Delegate tasks
  • Distribute the workload and supervise the team in day to day operations
  • Managing HR Matters
  • Communicate deadlines
  • Monitor the team performance
  • Resolve or escalate any process issues
    • Attend and lead team meetings
    • Prepare reports
    • Building relationship with the countries during day to day  operations

 

  1. Communication:
  • point of contact to the affiliates management
  • report to FSSC manager
  • provide the guideline to the team based on the management decisions

 

  1. Motivation:
  • Motivate team members
  • Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve or escalate any issues
  • Suggest and organize team building activities
  • Create a positive team environment
