Description

Kickstart your career in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) as part of SGS's Inspections team as a Junior Inspector.  This is your chance to learn and develop skills towards Level 1 and Level 2 NDT techniques for upstream examinations, with a mix of in-house and external training to help you become a critical part of our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Gain knowledge of equipment manufacture, processing, and functional use according to industry standards
  • Learn multiple NDT methods (EMI, MT, PT, UT, etc.)
  • Prepare, clean, inspect, and maintain tools and equipment
  • Assist with inspections and examinations of OCTG and associated drilling/production equipment
  • Conduct and report NDT inspections in a timely manner
  • Maintain a neat and safe work environment with good housekeeping
  • Participate in calibration, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Comply with ISO:9001 and ISO/IEC:17025 standards

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • No prior NDT experience required — full training provided
  • Driver’s license preferred
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
  • Motivated to learn and grow in a technical, high-demand field
