Role Overview

As a Shift Electrical Mechanic at PepsiCo's Lebedyan Plant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability and safety of our advanced electrical systems. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will focus on upholding the highest standards of electrical maintenance:

• Perform setup, repair, and regulation of complex electrical circuits for auxiliary equipment, electroapparatus, and instruments.
• Prepare repaired electrical equipment for safe commissioning and operational handover.
• Investigate causes of electrical failures, develop proposals to eliminate issues, and enhance equipment reliability and quality.
• Instruct plant personnel on the correct and safe operation of energized electrical equipment.
• Participate in troubleshooting, repair, installation, adjustment, measurements, and testing of electrical systems.
• Conduct inspections and tests on power tools and auxiliary devices upon departmental requests.
• Monitor material usage, de-energize and re-energize equipment per service requests, and verify blocking device functionality with weekly documentation.
• Oversee contractor personnel preparation for work on substations and power lines.
• Utilize plant downtime for preventive repairs on power electrical equipment and perform scheduled insulation resistance measurements.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• Higher or secondary specialized education in electrical engineering.
• At least one year of experience working with electrical networks and switching at 6kV or higher voltage (highly preferred).
• Electrosafety certification at Group III or above.
• Strong communication skills, team collaboration abilities, and proficiency in PC usage for documentation and reporting.
