Position Summary
As Shift Production Supervisor (all genders) in Neuried, Germany, you will lead a team of up to 50 production employees per shift, ensuring smooth operations, safety compliance, and efficiency improvements. This full-time, mid-level role demands strong leadership, lean expertise, and shift flexibility in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop production teams during shifts.
- Ensure seamless production flow meeting safety, quality, and volume targets.
- Optimize staffing and resource management for goal achievement.
- Implement Lean, TPM, and 5S initiatives for continuous efficiency gains.
- Analyze and resolve production disruptions proactively.
- Foster teamwork, open communication, and independent problem-solving.
- Collaborate with planning, logistics, quality, and maintenance departments.
- Report on KPIs and drive improvement measures.
Required Qualifications
- Multi-year experience leading larger production or shift teams, ideally industrial.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Management, TPM, and 5S.
- Excellent communication, assertiveness, empathy, and team spirit.
- Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems.
- Proactive, structured work style with high quality/safety awareness.
- Shift work readiness and flexibility during peak times.
- Good German skills (written/spoken); English advantageous.
