Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, demonstrating reliability with or without reasonable accommodations. Work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays to meet store needs.

Customer Service Excellence

Interact constantly with customers, fulfilling requests and providing quality beverages and food products. Prepare and coach the preparation of drinks and food to standard recipes or customized orders, including adjustments for temperature, ingredients, or substitutions.

Team Management

Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate the work of two or more team members. Direct the work of others, fostering a collaborative team environment while upholding store operating policies, cash handling, safety, and security standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role requiring constant interaction and request fulfillment. Minimum six months delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees.
