Team Leadership

Coach partners in preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders, including adjustments for temperature, ingredients, or substitutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a Shift Supervisor, you'll need:

• At least six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role requiring constant interaction and request fulfillment.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct others, learn quickly, and communicate effectively orally.
• Knowledge of the retail environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proven relationship-building skills and flexibility for varied shifts.
