The Shopper Insights Data and Analytics Manager role is pivotal within PepsiCo's North America Insights & Intelligence (NAI&I) team. Clearly convey complex data topics to diverse stakeholders through PowerPoint presentations, verbal updates, or other methods, ensuring accessibility for all audiences.
Engage Sales, Category Leadership, Strategy & Transformation, and Insights teams to define, develop, and deliver cutting-edge analytics tools and shopper insights.
Work with data engineers to prepare accurate datasets for modeling, contribute to code development, documentation, and knowledge transfer using tools like Jira and GitHub.
Connect business needs with technical solutions, fostering consumer centricity in commercial plans and enabling innovation shared with internal teams and retail partners.
To excel as Shopper Insights Data and Analytics Manager at PepsiCo, candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
