Role Overview

The Site Expert Trainer - Packing position at PepsiCo's Quaker Oats Manufacturing facility in Forrestfield, Western Australia, is a permanent full-time opportunity for a dynamic professional passionate about training and operational excellence. This role leads and coordinates all onboarding and training activities for frontline roles, ensuring our manufacturing team is equipped with the skills to maintain high standards of efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you'll drive a unified approach to frontline training and leadership development across the site. Key responsibilities include overseeing the onboarding process for all new manufacturing hires, developing and tracking employee performance against personalized training plans and development goals, and maintaining up-to-date site-based training materials for maximum relevance and effectiveness.

You'll partner closely with Frontline Managers to manage and optimize the site's training budget, lead Individual Placement and Support programs, and provide hands-on coaching. This encompasses machine adjustments, process optimization, and control monitoring to boost efficiency. Additionally, you'll demonstrate flexibility by working as a packing machine operator to cover leave and ensure seamless operations, and undertake Authorised Officer inspections to uphold compliance standards.
